How It all Began…

Two guys, Dustin and Brandon with backgrounds heavily influenced by aviation. Dustin, a dirty ole Navy Vet and Brandon a burned out Air Force chair master met while working at an Aircraft maintenance facility. Brandon was an Avionics and electronics wizard and Dustin an Aviation Structures and sheet metal magician! We met on the job and created a fast and rewarding friendship and now partnership. Brandon, who likes his toys had saved for a Onewheel XR for over a year and finally purchased one and found that the stock bumpers as you all know are very cheap and tend to wear out quickly. So, Brandon, wanting to protect his investment approached Dustin with an idea! We looked at what is offered and thought about how we could create something better.. So after a few beers and a few more Dustin took Brandon’s idea and created a few versions of what we like to call KiiL Guards! Using the highest quality aviation grade stainless steel, we came up with what we believe to be one of the strongest, thinnest and most durable options on the market!
